Sarah Cox

Sarah is new to teaching Barre, but not new to teaching! As a school teacher, she knows how to get the most out of her classes and pushes you to do your best. We love her classes and her style of teaching and are so excited she is part of our team!

Try a class with Sarah on Tuesdays at 6:45, Thursdays at 5:30, and Sundays at 3:00 PM. 

Rachel Knight

Rachel has been teaching at Balance since March. She has a great energy and attitude and will make you feel awesome about yourself. She is originally from Australia and has two adorable children that you will likely get to see running around our spare room. She teaches PiYo, Barre, and Cardio Barre for us, but is certified in many more things and is constantly adding new classes to her repertoire. 

Try a class with Rachel on Mondays and Tuesdays at 5:30 PM or Mondays 7:00 PM.

Rikki Parker

Rikki has been teaching Yoga at Balance since October and her classes have quickly become a studio favorite! With challenging flows and modifications to fit all levels, you will get a great workout. Whether you are working towards a fun arm balance, or trying to perfect your down dog, Rikki's class will help you achieve any yogi goals. 

Come check out her Vinyasa Flow class on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM or her Renew and Restore class on Sundays at 4:15 PM.

Jenna Webb

Jenna has been teaching yoga for several years and we love her Vinyasa class. She has been teaching at Balance since 2016. You will usually see Jenna at the studio with her little man - who will likely be rocking an awesome hat! Her classes are great for all levels and will leave you feeling fantastic!

Try a class with Jenna on Friday mornings at 10:30.

Hayley Dawson

Hayley is the owner and founder of Balance Boutique Fitness. She is originally from Georgia and has been in the Low Country for 5 years. She teaches Barre, Core & More, and Bootcamp. She will work with you to come up with a schedule that works for you and your goals! She loves working with clients and offers modifications so all of her classes are great for any level of fitness. You will likely see Hayley at the studio even when she isn't teaching and she is always available to answer any questions you have.
